360Metrics was founded in 2023 by six industry experts with a combined 100 years of experience in IT monitoring. Our journey began with a shared vision: to address a critical gap in scalable, intelligent monitoring solutions for large-scale infrastructures. Having worked with various monitoring products since 2008, our founders saw firsthand the growing demand for smarter, AI-driven observability tools that go beyond traditional monitoring.
What started as a commitment to solving complex monitoring challenges quickly evolved into something bigger. Our team recognized the limitations of existing solutions—particularly in SNMP coverage, IT observability, and infrastructure monitoring—and set out to develop a modern, scalable, and AIpowered approach.
This passion for innovation led to the creation of 360Metrics, a company dedicated to redefining observability with a blend of open-source technologies and proprietary advancements. We didn’t just build another monitoring tool—we built a platform that adapts, learns, and scales with the everevolving needs of businesses.

Sylvain, Director of Business Development, brings over 23 years of expertise in cloud, monitoring, and reporting. He leads strategic initiatives, ensuring innovative solutions for telecommunications, energy, finance, and internet sectors. Passionate about excellence, he drives business growth, collaborates with global teams, and delivers client-centric solutions that transform challenges into success.
Benoit, Director of Operations, brings 25 years of expertise in IT consulting, leading digital transformation and cloud adoption projects. With deep knowledge in observability and SIEM, including Splunk, ELK, and VMware, he drives operational excellence through strategic technology adoption. Focused on innovation and efficiency, he ensures seamless alignment between business objectives and technological advancements.
Benoît, a passionate expert in cloud, data hosting, and security, brings over 20 years of experience, including co-founding a Franco-Canadian cloud services company. With a strong technical background and deep expertise in monitoring and alerting, he has spent over 15 years consulting in cloud security. As a Senior Technical Architect at 360Metrics, he plays a key role in solution design and implementation, ensuring security and industry standards are met to deliver a robust and comprehensive product.
Yannick, Head of Engineering and co-founder at 360Metrics, brings extensive experience integrating observability solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Having led global monitoring implementations at EMC and Dell, he has also consulted on major software migrations for AT&T, Pfizer, Deutsche Bank, and Hydro-Québec. With deep expertise in observability use cases and industry challenges, he drives innovation and ensures 360Metrics delivers cutting-edge monitoring solutions.
Yasir, Head of Business Development and co-founder at 360Metrics, brings over 17 years of expertise in Big Data architecture, observability, and Elastic Stack solutions. An Elastic Stack Certified Professional, he has led complex projects worldwide, bridging the gap between IT and business through data-driven insights. With a strong background in software engineering, data science, and enterprise search, Yasir leverages his technical expertise to drive strategic growth, foster key partnerships, and expand 360Metrics’ impact in the observability and monitoring industry.
Jasn, Director of Software Development at 360Metrics, is a problem-solving enthusiast and expert team builder with extensive experience in software engineering and DevOps. With a strong background in Java and Python, he has led development teams at Watch4net, EMC, Dell, and Insitu, driving innovation in monitoring and observability solutions. At 360Metrics, Jasn spearheads software development efforts, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance monitoring technologies tailored to modern IT infrastructures.
